• At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• +4 years of experience with successful Oracle E-Business implementations and upgrades
• Good functional knowledge on Oracle EBS HRMS modules and preferred to have Oracle HCM Cloud experienced
• HR functional expert capable of understanding and working in partnership with the business users to formulate recommendations for business process design, break-fix analysis, regulatory updates, testing and enhancements to an Oracle HCM implementation.
• Experience with all aspects of system implementation, including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
• Experience with development of strategic roadmap/blueprint, and research in next generation Oracle applications
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL  is preferred
• Be familiar with Bug/Issue Tracking through Oracle Support
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to articulate and present different points of view on various technologies to both functional/technical staff and end-users
• Understands key software product development concepts including user group meeting facilitation, software development, project management, quality assurance, and software version control

İŞ TANIMI

• We are looking for a Senior Oracle ERP Functional Analyst who will be responsible for finding, designing and implementing best fit Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business application solutions by providing functional and configuration expertise of Oracle e-Business Suite for business owners in Turkey and abroad. This position is involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing functional expertise and solution design through gathering of requirements, analysis of proposed process and/or system changes, management of approved requirements specifications, configuration of proposed system changes, testing support, and gap resolution during the testing cycles. 
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by working closely with both internal and external customers (decision makers, systems owners, end users) to define, document, and communicate business, financial, and operations requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with the business and technical resource colleagues in performing functional and workflow analysis in support of process design, re-engineering, and innovative business solutions
• Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve complex issues, and optimize cost savings
• Coordinate and conduct user support, guidance, and training; improve process flow and documentation for logistics module and enhance user knowledge and competency
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot both application and business process issues, and work with the appropriate individuals/teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the design of the Oracle Applications configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements                                                                                                                            Perform Oracle E-Business implementation and upgrade steps with analyzing customer needs and system requirements.    
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing support; coordinate user acceptance testing, plan/coordinate deployment, design appropriate measures to report on success and client user acceptance of technical implementations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Review Oracle Service Requests (SR''s), facilitate proactive development and configuration changes needed for patch acceptance, or business communication
• Perform project management tasks - including business requirements gathering, establishing project tasks/timelines/deliverables, documenting specifications and test plans, facilitating and coordinating workgroups, issue management, escalation and management of resources - in support of developing and implementing new applications or enhancing current applications
• Evaluates, plans, and implements improvements in business processes and practices, by partnering with business leaders, super users, and end-users (business partners)
• Develops and redesigns the business capabilities provided by Oracle HCM and other applications in the HRMS group portfolio, including data flow analysis, system configuration, data setup, recommendations to implement new features or functions.
• Reviews and participates in the design, creation, and execution of system, regression, performance, test plans, scripts, and coordinates user acceptance testing.
