QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

    TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

   TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
  • Good command of English to be able to communicate,
  • Skilled in collaboration, time management and reasoning skills.

  • Ability to manage collaborative projects/programs.

  • High commercial acumen.

  • Have the ability to negotiate.

  • Represent the company when necessary.

  • Preferably experienced in aviation or defense industry sectors.

  • Preferably with at least two of the following experiences: project management, business development, sales or contract management experience.

  • Team player, able to collaborate with team members to achieve and improve objectives and solve problems.

  • Good command of general commercial terms.

  • Ability to work across disciplines

  • Has a customer satisfaction perspective

  • Will be able to work in close contact with the legal department.

  • Previously worked in similar sectors and roles for a minimum of 5 years.

Job Description

  • Maximize key relationships to create synergies, alliances and opportunities.
  • Properly manage collaborations.
  • Contribute to the development and management of strategic alliances

  • Negotiate, review and close partnership contracts.

  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments

  • Support continuous improvement of forms, policies and processes to help streamline, simplify and automate the process in the sales cycle.

  • Actively participate in bidding and tendering processes and prepare contracts in a compliant manner.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
