    TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

   TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

Graduated from Engineering departments  (Electrical Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.)

Preferably, having knowledge and experience about EASA Part 21

Having knowledge and experience about 2 different processes,

Have a good command of English,

Able to prone for team work, have representation and communication skills, can use initiative, have decision-making ability,

Qualified in interpreting measurements and measurement reports (preferably able to use measurement equipment),

Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively and have competence in ERP programs,

Qualified in reading technical drawings,

Having knowledge and experience about ISO9001, IATF16949 and/or EN/AS9100 Quality Management System,

Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive, defense or aviation industry,

Has process monitoring and coordination skills.

Job Description

Planning and performing audits to suppliers at the new supplier selection process, and following up nonconformities.

Calculating to supplier performance (score card) and establishing that action is taken for suppliers with low performance.

To be prepared FAI reports to suppliers and approve FAI reports for suppliers by following up the new revision parts, parts that have been transferred to another supplier and new parts within the scope of the project plan.

Performing to QMS audit to suppliers periodically and following up to findings that are determined in audits.

Implementing parmanent solutions according to performing root cause analysis for the cronic part problems or part requiring inspection.

Establishing the coordination between suppliers and TCI on technical issues (Specification, Material Knowledge, Manufacturability).

Performing and following up the suppliers interim evaluations of re-approval process which is applied periodically.
