Accountant / Finance Manager (Remote)

About the Company
We are an international group of companies providing professional software services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team and support our accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accounting and tax records for companies within the group.
Prepare and submit accounting and tax reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
Process and maintain primary accounting documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Perform banking operations and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Manage month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial and management reports.
Communicate with clients in English regarding payments, invoices, and contracts.
Prepare and manage licensing documentation for clients, including communication with regulatory authorities and service providers.
Monitor compliance with contractual and payment terms.
Ensure adherence to the company's internal policies, procedures, and financial standards.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience as an Accountant or Finance Manager.
Strong practical knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with contracts, invoices, and client payments.
Experience with licensing and permit documentation will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Experience with accounting software (1C, BAS, or similar ERP/accounting systems).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
