Roles & Responsibilities

* Management of engineers, draftsmen and designers

* Working with project managers to ensure delivery of the scope, execution plan and design

* Preparation of work schedule and job specification of projects

* Preparing progress, post-mortem and success reports to executives

* Coordinating project team in technical completion of the project

* Discussing technical details with client and partner teams

* Ensuring the technical documentation preciseness and validity

* Building the bridge needed between different disciplines in other departments wherever project requires 

* Production of design and implementation standards 

Background

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrics & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Control Engineering or equivalent M.Sc. degree preferred

* 10+ years professional experience

* Fluent in English and Turkish

* Proven track record in international businesses

* 5+ years’ experience in industrial system integration and implementation (such as MES, APM, SCADA and PLM) 

* Deep understanding of Microsoft, SQL, .NET database technologies, web services, cloud architecture 

* Demonstrated ability to do software analysis, design, methodology and architecture

* Experienced people-manager, self-starter, critical thinker and customer-oriented
