We are seeking Metal Series Production Coordinator to join our team in the Retail sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, coordinating with various departments to optimize efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize production management tools and software to track and report on production metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Coordinate and supervise long and short metal series production activities in line with production plans/targets.
• Monitor production performance, efficiency, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure the effective utilization of workforce, machinery, and production resources.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and process optimization projects.
• Contribute to productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, metal processing, or industrial production environments.
• Experience in production coordination, team management, and process improvement.
• Good knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, profile manufacturing, or similar production operations is preffered.
