About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our international team.

We are looking for a proactive and multi-disciplinary minded procurement professional who enjoys discovering new suppliers, negotiating competitive terms and developing strong supplier relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new local suppliers to improve cost competitiveness, quality and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, price comparisons, benchmarking and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternative sourcing options and new suppliers, materials and technologies.
• Conduct supplier visits and support supplier qualification and development.
• Work closely with international Procurement teams and internal stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
• Monitor supplier, cost and supply risks and maintain relevant procurement documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to sourcing and cost-saving initiatives within the BCC Procurement Cell.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Türkiye (approximately 70%).
• Valid B-class driving licence and active driving experience.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken, and ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ, sourcing, supplier management and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work independently within an international and matrix organization.
• Good command of MS Office; experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in shopfitting, metal/wood manufacturing, automotive or industrial components is an advantage.
