With an experienced team of 200 employees, the company holdsa strong position in its sector through its sustainable operations approach and technical expertise.

As Teleferik A.Ş, we are looking for a

Project Manager

to take an active role in site management,oversee construction processes, and coordinate all implementation phases of our upcoming cable carproject in the Soran region of Erbil, Iraq.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,

Minimum 10 years of professional experience,

Previous experience as a Project Manager in large-scale superstructure and/or infrastructureprojects,

Project management experience in large-scale EPC projects,

Advanced knowledge of site management, contract management, and project coordination,

Strong command of quantity surveying, cost estimation, progress payment, and cost controlprocesses,

Knowledge and experience in different types of contracts,

Good command of English,

Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations,

Strong team management and leadership skills,

Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational abilities,

Excellent reporting, follow-up, and coordination skills,

No travel restrictions and able to reside in Erbil, Iraq.

Job Description

Managing all processes from project initiation to final handover,

Establishing, managing, and monitoring the site organization,

Preparing, implementing, and regularly monitoring the project work schedule,

Carrying out budget planning, cost control, and resource management processes,

Coordinating subcontractor and supplier processes,

Managing progress payment, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and reporting processes,

Ensuring coordination with the employer, consultant firm, official institutions, and other projectstakeholders,

Analyzing project risks, preparing necessary action plans, and ensuring their implementation,

Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety rules on site,

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and presenting them to seniormanagement,

Ensuring that project objectives are achieved in line with quality, time, and budget criteria.

We are looking for a teammate with international project management experience who can take anactive role in site processes and add value to Teleferik A.Ş’s cable car project in the Soran region of Erbil,Iraq, with strong leadership skills.
