General Qualifications

  • Graduated from Vocational School or preferably related departments of Universities,
  • Knowledgeable about computer hardware (PC, Monitor, Printer), Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications,
  • Have sufficient knowledge of English to communicate verbally and in writing,
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Servers basic services and roles,
  • Having a minimum of 2 years or more experience in the Helpdesk field,
  • Knowledgeable about Basic Network.
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English on a global platform,
  • Open to learning and constantly improving oneself,
  • Able to take responsibility, result-oriented, good communication skills,
  • Compatible with flexible working hours,
  • For male candidates, having completed their military service.

Job description

  • Providing help desk service to meet user problems and requests,
  • Following the installation and settings of computer hardware and periodic maintenance activities,
  • Keeping track of computer hardware needs,
  • Supporting system development & improvement projects in coordination with the System Support Specialist.
