How would you like to take a long journey with us in the Human Resources department for TELUS International, a Customer Service Management Company? 

 Now we are looking for a teammate who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team; 

 

  • Proficiency in English; both written & verbal;
  • Desire for a career in HR field;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment;
  • Pays attention to details and analytical;
  • Responsibility, self-organization, stress resistance;
  • Attaches importance to information security.

  • Manages the A to Z recruitment of our projects we carry out on behalf of global brands within a high volume, fast paced environment;
  • Arranges telephone, video or technical interviews;
  • Manages the candidates' orientation process;
  • Maintains a candidate database and prepare various reports to HR Manager on a regular basis;
  • Communicates with the team to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for those jobs;
  • Provides the candidates with the best experience during hiring process andsupports the candidate consideration process at all stages.


We expect you to ensure that global studies on Employer Brand Management and Employee Relations are implemented locally.
