We are looking for an Investor Relations Assistant Specialist / Specialist for our growing team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance,
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations and/or investment analysis positions,
• Experienced in valuation, financial statement analysis and capital markets,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Ability to use MS Office applications perfectly,
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams,
• CMB (SPK) Advanced Level and Corporate Governance License is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drafting and editing communication materials associated with Investor Relations activities, preparing Investor Presentations for potential or existing investors,
• Taking active role in the coordination of the information about shareholders,
• Communicate with affiliates,
• Follow up the legislative changes and make the necessary arrangements on time
• Carry out the necessary works to make the company website as an active communication platform,
• Organizing investors’ meetings and roadshows to both existing and potential investors and shareholders, 
• Informing investors regularly about the company, sector, economic developments and developments of Turkish capital market by attending the investors’ meetings and conferences,
• Conducting company’s relations with regulatory authorities like CMB, Istanbul Stock Exchange, MKK, KAP, etc.
