Job Description
As a Technical Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating technical service operations and supporting customers throughout the after-sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and monitoring technical service requests from initiation to completion.
- Managing warranty and claim processes with international manufacturers and suppliers.
- Communicating with overseas manufacturers and business partners in English regarding technical issues, warranty claims, and spare parts.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, service reports, and system records.
- Managing spare parts requests and monitoring procurement processes.
- Analyzing customer requests and coordinating solutions with internal departments and external service providers.
- Providing remote technical support and assisting field service operations when required.
- Supporting yacht delivery processes and post-delivery technical services.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical service processes through reporting and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, repair, or after-sales service operations.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and marine systems.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international manufacturers and suppliers through technical correspondence and meetings.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical manuals and documentation in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- No travel restrictions.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
