Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, or similar commercial leadership roles, including team management responsibility.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams, setting direction, and driving performance against revenue targets.
• Channel Management Expertise: Strong understanding of partner/dealer channel dynamics, partner development, and account growth strategies; experience working with agency partners, especially performance marketing agencies, creative agencies, and similar channel structures, is preferred.
• Sales & Commercial Understanding: Capable of managing existing partner relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Client-Facing Strength: Comfortable conducting partner visits, managing commercial discussions, and representing the company in external meetings.
• Strategic Mindset: Able to build channel sales strategies, prioritize opportunities, and translate plans into measurable business results.
• Advanced English Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Ticimax Channel Sales organization, ensuring strong execution and sustainable revenue growth across the dealer channel.
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to strengthen partner performance and expand the commercial potential of the existing dealer network.
• Build strong relationships with Ticimax's digital marketing agency partners and support their ongoing growth and development.
• Drive sales growth within the existing dealer base by identifying new business opportunities and introducing new products and services.
• Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen engagement, understand needs, and support business development opportunities.
• Lead the Channel Sales team through clear targets, strong follow-up, and performance-oriented team management.
• Monitor commercial performance and take necessary actions to ensure revenue and growth targets are achieved.
• Act as a key point of contact for strategic channel initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the partner ecosystem.
