Timepiece360 is an online platform that offers an innovative way for customers, to buy, sell, explore or simply enjoy the exciting world of pre-owned luxury watches.

We are a fast growing company looking for an ambitious Purchasing Advisor who could be a valuable addition to our team.

Ideal applicants should have broad knowledge relating to chronographs, perpetual calendars, quartz/mechanical movements. Capable of working with a wide range of products from inexpensive to luxury brands with equal attention to detail. 

Requirements:

·         Authentication and appraisal of Swiss watches

·         Experience in analysing and assessing watches, including but not limited to: quartz/mechanical movements, chronographs and perpetual calendars.

·         Basic overhaul of Rolex and ETA 7750 movements is an advantage

·         Ability to differentiate original and aftermarket watch parts

·         Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, including Rolex, Cartier, AP, Breitling and Omega

·         Ability to analyze and diagnose repairs accurately

·         Coordinating repair and refurbishment of watches with 3rd party watch specialists and sellers

·         Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail

·         Ability to work independently and in a high paced environment.

·         Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
