Sales Operations Assistant Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales operations, customer relations, export processes, or sales support functions,
• Previous experience in the defense industry or export-oriented companies is preferred,
• Good command of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is considered an asset,
• Knowledge of export procedures, foreign trade regulations, Incoterms, international payment methods, and customs operations,
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and coordination skills,
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and strong follow-up abilities,
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis,
• A team player with a disciplined, responsible, and proactive working style,
• Able to adapt to operational activities, fieldwork requirements, and an intensive travel schedule,
• Applications will only be accepted from candidates currently residing in Trabzon.

Job Description

• Manage all operational processes related to international customer and distributor orders, from quotation stage through shipment completion,
• Coordinate activities among Production Planning, Logistics, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment,
• Prepare, control, and follow up on export documentation and related procedures,
• Evaluate and respond promptly to requests and inquiries from international customers and distributors,
• Monitor order, shipment, and delivery processes and keep customers informed throughout each stage,
• Analyze sales performance, order status, shipment, and inventory data, and prepare periodic reports,
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction,
• Provide operational support to the International Sales team and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
