We invite you to take a position as “Night Supervisor” in the Front Office Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift (24:00–08:00), ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Security, and other teams to maintain operational excellence
• Monitor night-time activities and promptly address any operational issues, guest concerns, or emergencies
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards, safety protocols, and service quality throughout the night
• Prepare detailed reports on night operations, incidents, and departmental updates for the morning shift and management review
• Act as the primary point of contact for overnight operational decisions, supporting proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Maintain clear communication and effective handovers with the morning team to guarantee seamless daily operations
• Fluent Turkish, English, and Russian (B2 level or higher)
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Night Operations
• Previous experience working in night operations within luxury hospitality is highly valued
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
