QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

     QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, ÇEKO, Business Administration, etc.)
  • At least min. 4 years of experience in the Human Resources recruitment function
  • Preferably with experience in Talent Management and Career Management processes
  • Able to use MS Office programs at a good level
  • Have strong negotiation, communication and teamwork skills
  • Have good command of English
  • Ability to multitask simultaneously Written and social communication skills
  • Attention to detail and focused on business development
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
  • Residing on the Anatolian side


     JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily monitoring of job postings and applications on relevant platforms
  • Responsible for candidate selection and the entire recruitment process for positions requested by business units.
  • Taking an active role in all processes related to recruitment and orientation
  • Following up all other operations required for recruitment
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly interview recruitment reports,
  • Identifying the points needed to improve candidate and employee experience and supporting relevant projects
  • Providing support to all projects within the scope of talent and career management
  • Conducting business development for corporate culture studies  
  • Following the Management Trainee program development process.
  • Responsible for optimizing and enhancing the overall work environment and engagement for employees within an organization.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve various aspects of the employee journey, from onboarding to ongoing development.

Preferred Candidate

4 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
