 We are looking for a Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist to join our team.

 Qualifications & Competencies

• Graduate of universities' relevant departments such as Foreign Trade, Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain (etc.),
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Foreign Trade and Logistics,
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and preferably familiar with ERP systems,
• Successful in interpersonal relationships, with excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and good diction,
• Analytical thinker, solution-oriented,
• Ability in planning and organization,
• Fluent in English, (both written and spoken)

• Organising export and import processes in compliance with international regulations,
• Organising transportation and delivery processes,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP systems,
• Regularly update inventory, order, and shipment information,
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with international clients,
• Record and manage orders from international customers,
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers,
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external teams.
