As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “Corporate Planning Specialist (Contractor)" working in the Corporate Planning Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description

Your tasks will be,

• Preparing and coordinating corporate reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Managing corporate affairs activities, including budget and risk management processes and corporate projects.
• Maintaining company procedures, policies, and documentation in line with corporate standards.
• Supporting corporate communications, public relations, and social media activities.
• Providing administrative support to senior executives, including calendar, meeting, and travel management.
• Coordinating meetings, visitors, and hospitality arrangements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Following up on approvals, expense tracking, and document flow processes.
• Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, projects, and cross-functional activities.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong presentation preparation and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
• Experience with administrative and office management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Completed military service or exemption from military service for male candidates.
• Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Sakarya or Kocaeli.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
