As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “ Training Specialist ” working in the Human Resources Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description

Your Tasks will be:

• Conduct and follow training needs analysis and set yearly training schedules
• Plan and follow training scopes, employee lists and training organizations
• Prepare, follow and report yearly training budget
• Lead transformation process of learning academy
• Develop and follow up training evaluation & feedback processes
• Manage the deployment & development of LMS and new learning technologies
• Research, create and develop learning & e-learning training content and catalogues
• Prepare and follow up online training reports
• Lead development and improvement studies on LMS
• Serve as contact person and guide for LMS end-user technical support
• Follow and conduct application processes for international awards programs

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences or other relevant fields
•  Minimum 5 years of experience of HR functions, especially in training, learning & development
• Good understanding of Learning Management Systems and HR software
• Strong computer skills with a good level of proficiency with MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Must work well in a team atmosphere and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking, organization and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and take initiative on development channels
• Effective problem solving, analytical thinking and strategical decision making skills
• Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
• Able to travel when required
• Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
