QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Project Management area (Professional PM experience is not required)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli
  
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Production Control Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Project Management & New Business in line with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.

• Product cost reduction ideas coordination & implementation
• Project management of  new business accessory parts introduction
• Report related PPM metrics (KPIs) &  develop improvement plans
