QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably Human Resources Management or related fields),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of all HR functions (especially recruitment and internal communication) and preferably in industrial companies,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Analytical mind, excellent communication skills with customer-oriented approach,
  • Organized with timely and assertive follow up skills,
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines,
  • A problem solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate,
  • Having the ability to work systematically and regularly,
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively,
  • High energy and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent in teamwork and cooperation,
  • Have a high level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • The male candidates should have no military obligation,
  • Residence in Adapazarı or Izmit,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for frequent travelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment process (both office and operational staff) including drafting and publishing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, candidate screening, creating candidate pools, providing initial shortlists, planning & conducting interviews, sending assessments, monitoring reference check processes, hiring talents and interns,
  • Conducting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement,
  • Keeping up to date and creating of the job descriptions,
  • Managing internal communication process,
  • Following and controlling the social media accounts of the company such as LinkedIn. Checking the global compliance of these accounts and making necessary changes,
  • Supporting talent management, performance management process,
  • Supporting the training and development activities including our online e-learning platforms,
  • Develop and implement new HR projects in line with company’s strategic direction and needs,
  • Preparing, updating, and issuing HR procedures, policies, guides and forms,
  • Finding the company brand supportive activities and conducting the processes,
  • To carry out the company's social responsibility committee studies, to carry out projects in cooperation with departments,
  • Preparing and making various surveys related to HR and reporting the results to the Management.
