Position -- Senior Network Technical Engineer (Enterprise Network & IP CCTV)

Requirements:

Basic Work Experience Requirement:

• At least 5 years of work experience in IP Networking Industries.
• Good experience with Networking/CCTV brands or system integrators.
• Deep technical background.
• Experience in giving Product Technical Training to partners/customers.

Knowledge & Technical Abilities:

• Master the knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol families
• Master network technologies, such as Enterprise WLAN, L2/L3 Ethernet Switching, Firewall/Routing, IP Surveillance (Camera/NVR/VMS), Outdoor PtP/PtMP.
• CCNP or other brands’ technical qualifications are preferred.
• Familiar to at least 1 networking brands’ enterprise solutions and configuration.
• Familiar to at least 1 IP Camera brand’s solution and configuration.
• Can do field installation, configuration of corporate networks.
• Can do good troubleshooting for common network issue.
• Can use Wireshark to do protocol level troubleshooting by following SOP from headquarters R&D team.
• Can use Airmagnet or Ekahau or Aruba VisualRF or other tools to create network topology, wi-fi heatmap, WLAN planning. (If not familiar, we can teach you)

Language

Can speak, listen, read, write smoothly in English and Turkish

Work Abilities & Attitudes:

• Good teamwork with sales teams.
• Strong self-learning passion and ability for product knowledge and new networking techniques.
• Positive and Responsive at work, can communicate positively and properly with distributors, system integrators, and customers.
• Capable of work planning and reporting
• Experienced with Microsoft Office software.
• Can create training PPT and give Product Technical Training to partners/customers. (The company will provide the necessary material)

Diploma Requirement

IT-related colleague diploma

Main Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

• Work with the B2B Sales team to visit and develop corporate customers and system integrators.
• On company demand, arrange product & technical training for business partners. Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to distributors, system integrators, and customers.
• Follow up the demo product test with partners, provide support, and collect feedback when the partners test the products.
• Provide daily Presales support when customer project request comes, including checking RFP and selecting products for partners and customers by email/phone call/visits if necessary.
• On company demand, go to the field for important projects, do site surveys, and troubleshoot with the system integrator.

After joining, you must learn and pass TP-Link TPNA, TPNP training certification program.
