• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce in Retail / FMCG sector
• Experience of e-commerce sales techniques and internet campaign management
• Knowledge of digital marketing applications
• Advanced level of English
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of innovations and trends of the e-shopping
• Strong project management skills
• Following the innovations and trends of the e-shopping

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages and organizes product launches for e-commerce channels
• Closely monitor and analysis results of marketing investment and continuously optimize investment decisions
• Lead digital marketing planning and optimization in order to reach targeted customers and increase conversion for the categories
• Closely monitor consumer trends, buying habits and product trends
• Coordinates the e-commerce advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share
• Prepares the e-commerce marketing plan, annual budget and digital communication/media plan for the brand
• Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research
