Job Description

·       Reports to General Manager.

·       Determine monthly and annual sales targets for sales.

·       In order to prepare sales budget receive order forecast from existing customers.

·       Participate Make or Buy Commission decision meetings.

·       Leading Order Management review meetings.

·       To declare lead time information of approved orders to customer, which is received from Planning Manager.

·       After customer confirmation; to register order correctly and forward it to Planning Manager and engineering information and documents related to the order to Engineering Manager.

·       To prepare shipment plan and shipment orders by analysing goods that will be ready and present.

·       Track delivery of goods as planned and on time delivered; resolve problems in case of occur.

·       To make the necessary analyses to ensure that customer satisfaction is measured and followed, and to ensure that action plans are developed based on the results of these analyses.

·       To cooperate with Quality Assurance Manager to perceive needs of customer, to produce solutions, to bring quick, systematic solutions to complaints, to develop flexible sales methods specific to customer, to prepare consistent price policies for a long-term relationship and to realize its implementation.

·       Planning visits to customer, visits to the factory by customer, fair organizations and promotional activities.

·       Analyse customer complaints to ensure that necessary corrective action is taken and that these errors do not recur.

·       To ensure the preparation of advertising and promotion programs.

·       To communicate with potential and existing customers (visit, trade fair, telephone, fax, e-mail, website, magazine, advertisement).

·       To collect detailed information about new customers, to make necessary works for receiving orders and to ensure signing of NDA.

·       Lead the team as a member of Proposal Preparation Team and ensure that proposals are delivered to customer within requested time.

·       To respond to request from the customer in writing as soon as possible in order to create maximum added value considering the current market and company conditions and to follow the result of the offer.

·       Accepting order from customers in writing, checking conformity with proposal and submitting it to approval of the General Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

·       BS/BA degree or equivalent.

·       Good command of English verbal and written.

·       3-5 years in business development and/or sales experience.

·       Have driving license.

·       To be able to use written and verbal communication methods effectively.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.

·       Have knowledge of Netsis and Ms Office programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

·       Ability to cooperate and team work.

·       Demonstrate the ability to produce solutions to problems.

·       To be competent in foreign trade legislation.

·       Demonstrate planning and organization skills.

·       Proven success rate at levels above quotas.

·       Strong organizational skills.
