QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Triodor Software R&D provides software outsourcing solutions for companies mainly from Europe with headquarters in Amsterdam and Development Center in Istanbul. The two offices in both sides of Europe and customers from several European countries enable us to offer an international working environment for our employees. We also offer the chance to be innovative and challenged professionally while using the latest technologies.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our gaming department who can adapt to our young, energetic team and dynamic working atmosphere. You work closely together with the support team of our company Azerion.

Skills

  •          Fluent speaking and writing English is mandatory.
  •          Speaking and writing one of the languages of  German, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French is a plus.
  •          Excellent communication skills

  •          Excellent computer literacy
  •          Very organized with the ability to multi-task and priorities


İŞ TANIMI

Responsibilities

  •          Serves as first point of contact for customer
  •          Investigates and solves customer incidents
  •          Registers questions / suggestions
  •          Maintains accurate records of discussions/correspondence with customers
  •          Solves basic incidents

 

 

Preferred Candidate

Less than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
