Position Overview: 

As an Operations Specialist at Tura Turizm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our travel services. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our tours and excursions, managing logistics, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the logistical aspects of tours and excursions, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Monitor tour schedules and itineraries to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during tours, providing timely solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new tour packages and enhance existing offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tour operations and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on tour operations and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
