Job Description

Project management:

• Coordinate and oversee transversal, major IT infrastructure projects that contain significant risk and cross-functional involvement
• Monitor the overall trajectory of IT infrastructure projects (i.e., alignment of deliverables with acceptance criteria, tracking project timeline, raising risk concerns once they occur)

Technology policy management:

• Maintain the technology inventory and IT obsolescence management mechanism with a progressing level of quality
• Improve existing technology road-mapping, scoring and tracking mechanisms while maintaining a standardized technology catalogue      

Performance & process management:

• Prepare and coordinate monthly/bi-monthly/bi-annual IT infrastructure committees, and follow through the actions that are concluded in those committees
• Define KPIs that can be utilized as performance measurement of IT infrastructure teams and individuals, and advert process improvement areas based on performance indicators

Communications management:

• Act as a single point of contact for all communications with other domains across the organization and with BNPP counterparts.
• Brief the Business Units regularly or in an ad-hoc manner to elucidate the impact and business inference of IT Infrastructure operations (e.g., change plans, outages, rollouts)

Qualifications  

• BSc or MSc degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related engineering degrees
• Great communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Great time management skill (i.e., ability to adhere strict deadlines)
• Min. 2 - 3 years of related work experience (e.g., technology strategy, or big four consultancy, IT governance, project, or process management)
• Strong understanding and interest of IT operations, dynamics, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and trends (e.g., Containers, Micro-services, SDN)
• Ability to maintain a holistic point of view to oversee projects or processes that contain elevated level of intricacy
• Articulate problems and risks vis-à-vis projects, and communicate solutions in a straightforward and impactful manner with relevant stakeholders
• Enthusiasm to crunch numbers to conduct data-driven rigorous analysis
• Familiarity with visualization tools, especially hands-on experience with PowerBI is a plus
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is also nice to have
