YOUR ROLE

  • Overviewing Adhesives Technologies sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Personal Hygiene Adhesive segment under Industrial Adhesives business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within the responsible area
  • Coordinating existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio for Personal Hygiene (baby diaper, textile back sheet applications) business unit across his/her region
  • Developing new business opportunities to increase sales within responsible area
  • Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
  • Developing and managing projects to fulfill the technical needs of the customers in relation with the Personal Hygiene strategies
  • Keeping customers updated with technical information in Industrial Adhesives areas
  • Managing distributors and improve technical knowledge of the distributor’s staff
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities
  • Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
  • Supporting roll-out activities of selected technologies
  • Working align with the Finance, Supply Chain and Production departments to ensure best possible services for customers

YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other related department
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial sales is an additional asset (Personal Hygiene market know-how is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • High energy level, result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team player
  • Valid driving license and flexibility for traveling
