Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We believe that today’s talents are tomorrow’s global leaders and we are eager to brighten your future! We have an exciting opportunity to join ourControlling Team in Mudanya as a Controlling Specialist.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks

• Prepare and support the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting activities in coordination with relevant departments.
• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans in alignment with company objectives.
• Perform monthly budget versus actual analyses, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
• Conduct detailed cost and expense analyses, monitor spending trends, and support cost control initiatives to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Support the revision and reforecasting of budgets according to changing business conditions and operational requirements.
• Prepare regular management reports, KPI analyses, and financial performance presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
• Assist in financial planning and reporting processes by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities, including controlling analyses, reconciliations, and reporting inputs.
• Support cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, fixed cost analysis, and related controlling activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial and controlling reports to Group Headquarters through relevant reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments to support informed business decision-making.
• Participate in profitability, productivity, and investment analyses to support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of financial and controlling data within SAP and other reporting systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to controlling, budgeting, cost accounting, and reporting processes.
• Support internal and external audit activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial reporting standards.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Reporting, Cost Accounting, Audit, or Finance roles.
• Experience in financial reporting, financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and/or cost accounting.
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory, and fixed cost controlling is considered a strong asset.
• Prior experience in audit is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of IFRS is considered an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion is considered an asset.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
