Role Purpose:
To be an Ambassador of the company across Health Tourism sector.
The Business Development Manager is a B2B sales role who will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with businesses / dealers in health tourism sector and the promotion of the company as a market leader within the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Generate new sales within assigned markets to ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved against an agreed Plan
Maintain and develop all activities relating to customer contacts, building pipeline data, sales cycle and forecast reports.
Develop leads and opportunities with other companies through personal network, cold-calling, business visits, customer references, and incoming calls.
Successfully manage and build relationships with dealers and clients in EMEA region.
Develop and monitor individual action plans
Achieve, develop and manage all revenue targets and objectives
Identify, track and secure new revenue opportunities
Maintain strong awareness of competitors and market intelligence
Arrange and promote professional workshops and events to target potential customers and dealers across EMEA region.

Qualifications
University degree
Proven track record of sales achievements in B2B environment for minimum 5+ years
Previous experience in health services sector is preferred
Able to build relationships and operate in a matrix structure
Able to demonstrate positive impact in thinking and acting strategically
Very strong influencing skills at a senior level
Results-orientated, able to execute and get things done
Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated
Sound understanding of the business environment and good commercial acumen
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Turkish, Arabic or European languages will be a plus
Active driver (License Class B) with no travel restrictions
