With it headquarter in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Turquoise Yachts has two shipyards: one in Istanbul at Pendik and the other in Kocaeli.

We're looking for a Project Planner, to join Project team to be part of our success.

Responsibilities;

• To create comprehensive new build master construction schedule plans, details constructions, timelines, and resource allocations,
• To contribute to creating detailed project timelines, purchasing, considering dock & sea trials schedule and design schedule,
• To track regularly project actual/target tables, milestones, evaluating progress and identifying potential bottlenecks,
• To collaborate with cross functional departments, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution,
• To monitor progress and deadlines by implementing rigorous project tracking systems,
• To ensure alignment between project plans, team capabilities, and project objectives,
• To address planning challenges and adapt strategies to changing project dynamics,
• To introduce enhancements to planning processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
• 2 years of experience as a project planning or related roles,
• Strong communication and coordination skills, active and sociable,
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Specially MS Project),
• Able to follow up the global yacht industry and trends, watch and analyze developing technologies with interest,
• Familiarity with mega yacht rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
