Commissioning Engineer (Software)

We are looking for an Software Commissioning Engineer to join our organization,
a pioneer in its sector with engineering solutions operating in bothnational and international markets,which places customer satisfaction at the center of all its processes and adoptscontinuous improvement as a core principle.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in robotic software,
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP programs,
• Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of effective communication withininternational project teams,
• Holder of a valid B-class driver’s license and available for domestic and international travel,
• Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented, andsolution-focused approach,
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset,
• Strong planning and coordination abilities, able to work effectively in ateam environment,
• Candidates with experience in automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, shuttle, conveyor) will beprioritized,
• Experience in intralogistics / automated warehouse systems such asAS/RS, shuttle, conveyor, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is astrong advantage,
• Willing to take an active role in domestic and international projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support feasibility studies in line with customer requirements,
• Plan, execute, and control software commissioning processes,
• After project design completion, create a roadmap for commissioning phases and present it to the manager,
• Supervise field operations during installation and testing phases, and managehandover processes to customers,
• Analyze software-related failures after commissioning, identifyroot causes, and developimprovement suggestions,
• Work in close coordination with after-sales services, technical service, and production teams,
• Evaluate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement activities,
• Ensure all project activities are carried out in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications.
