QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an "Maintanance Specialist" to be assigned within the Production department to achieve greater things together.

General Qualifications:

·       Graduates from technical departments of universities (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electronic, Automation etc.)

·       Having at least 3 years of experience in maintenance activities.

·       Having experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical-electronic, mold and automation.

·       Experienced and knowledgeable about the use and operation of the ERP system

·       Having knowledge about TPM.

·       Having experience in autonomous maintenance and professional maintenance processes.

·       To be accustomed to working with the quality management system and to have a process.

·       Being able to read technical drawing.

·       Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and be result-oriented.

·       Inclined to team work and working with different cultures.

·       Having strong communication skills, attentive, dynamic and able to work in a team.

·       Strong reporting and analytical skills.

·       Min. having a pre-intermediate level of English.

·       Proficient in Ms Office programs.

·       Male candidates must have completed military service.

·       Those who are/will be residing in Bursa.

 Job description:

·       To carry out the planned maintenance activities of the existing machinery, equipment, equipment and fixtures, to ensure their continuity and to follow the up-to-dateness of the system.

·       İn case of malfunctions, ensuring that interventions are carried out as soon as possible in a way that will not cause loss of production, and taking measures to prevent the repetition of the malfunction by performing a root cause analysis of the malfunction.

·       To make investment planning and to organize the necessary activities during the assembly of the new machines.

·       To create and implement preventive maintenance plans, to plan maintenance-repair activities to be carried out at the time of production.

·       Carrying out studies on energy efficiency.

·       Defining machine spare parts and ensuring their continuous control with the warehouse.

·       Quality Assurance requirements managament

·       To monitor the performance of production vehicles by preparing reports on periodic maintenance and malfunctions.
