We are currently seeking a "Proposal and Contract Specialist " He/she will work under the Commercial Director.

Job Description:

• Handle incoming proposal requests from clients, prepare timely and relevant proposals for products or projects.
• Read, negotiate, and review various company contracts, including procurement, sales, and business partnerships.
• Draft proposal/contract files in accordance with commercial and technical agreement terms.
• Stay informed about legislative changes, coordinate with the legal department when necessary.
• Liaise with relevant departments for the transfer of critical aspects to proposals/contracts.
• Track and document all proposal/contract information and signature processes.
• Obtain and verify company documents for firms to be proposed or contracted with.
• Monitor the signature, publication, and archiving processes of proposals/contracts.
• Create and implement contract documentation for procurement, proposals, and agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
• Ensure compliance with obligations by monitoring contract start and end dates.
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments on legal matters and contract processes.
• Support continuous improvement by facilitating the streamlining and automation of forms, policies, and processes to ease and simplify the proposal and contract processes.
• Participate in tenders and tender processes, supporting the preparation of contracts in a compliant manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in proposal, contract, and legal requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in similar sectors and roles.
• Ability to detect errors and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with various levels of experience, including staff, managers, and external partners.
• Proficient in advanced MS Office programs.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous record-keeping, and a high regard for details.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer-focused roles.
• Collaborative, with time management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in general commercial terms.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
