Sales Marketing Engineer

To expand our operations in Turkey, we are seeking a Sales Representative with work experience in the automotive chemical sealants sector at a company operating in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include the following:

·         Managing existing customers

·         Maintain and expand the national and international customer base through personal contacts

·         Conduct quality control and develop new business opportunities

·         Conduct market research in the national and international markets

·         Conduct research on competitors

·         Manage all daily sales activities

·         Develop and implement complex regional sales strategies and plans

·         Build strong business relationships with business partners at all levels in the automotive industry, including the development of marketing plans

·         Carry out other assigned TASKS and projects

Education and Experience

·         Experience in sales operations, sales support, or similar operational positions,

·         Excellent reporting and forecasting skills

·         Experience managing and developing others

·         Proven ability to motivate and supervise, with strong leadership and decision-making skills

·         A degree in Chemical Engineering from a relevant university program is PREFERRED

·         Fluency in spoken and written English

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of customer focus

·         High level of resilience and flexibility

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications

·         Knowledge of accounting

·         Ability to speak and write in Korean

·       Preferably residing in İzmit, Kartepe, or Başiskele

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills
