QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
• Min 2 years work experience,
• Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),
• Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology,
• Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,
• Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,
• Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
• Can adapt to dynamic work environment,
• Has a clear vision of career goals,
• Eligible to work in shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Industrial Engineering Specialist to work at UPS- SCS Business Unit. 

• Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operation plans that support optimum performance and service and audit for compliance.
• Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
• Develops accurate work measurement for the most effective operating plan and job setup.
• Performs audits to measure compliance on performance, service, measurement, operating plans, and staffing. 
• Plans productivity targets for operation level in accordance with the business plan.
• Track and report quality reports and analyse reason of the failures and create action plans accordingly.
