We would like to invite new teammate as a “Accounting Specialist”

An Accounting Specialist plays a crucial role in the financial operations of a company. They are responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Min 5 years work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting ERP(Oracle) software and MS Office(especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Expense bill review and ERP(Oracle) accounting work(AP&AR&GL module)
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
• Organize accounting documents and check them regularly
• Complete the monthly settlement of accounts on time and provide support for corresponding modules
• Analysis of statements and assistance with annual audits and accounting book adjustments
• Other tasks required by HOD.

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
