Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.

Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a “Mechanical Engineer”

Requirements;

1. Graduated from the Mechanical enginering or relevent, his major is mechanics of Universities.
2. More than 1 years’ experience relative process job.
3. Fluent in English. Competent in communication and a focus of continuous improvement
4. Able to work in a team, responsible and disciplined.
5. Clear minded,strong comprehensive ability,and strong communication and coordination ability.
6. Innovative, can work under pressure, fast learner and self-motivated, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility.
7. Willing to relocate to near Factory Area, work on overtime, and work on Night Shift.
8. Not related to military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities; 

1. Respond quickly and deal with production exceptions in time to ensure efficient and timely processing of products in progress, abnormal materials, and risky finished products, and ensure that the production line is efficient and stable for continuous production;

2. According to abnormal feedback or MES system failed phone statistics, timely analyze and take measures to solve the TOP3 defectives, and continuously improve the appearance pass rate and AQC pass rate;

3. Lead the analysis of all structural process abnormal problems, and establish avoidance measures to push the improvement and optimization of follow-up projects to ensure that similar problems do not recur;

4. Continuously optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, and to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product;

5. Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly process;

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
