Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a“ Process Quality Engineer”

Job Requirements:

1.Graduated from the Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant, his major is electronics of universities.
2. New graduate or experienced relative process job.
3.Fluent in English. Competent in communication and a focus of continuous improvement
4. Able to work in a team, responsible and disciplined.
5.Strong comprehensive ability, clear minded and strong communication and coordination ability.
6. Innovative, can work under pressure, fast learner and self-motivated, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility.
7. Willing to relocate to near Factory Area, work on overtime, and work on Night Shift.
8. Not related to military service for male candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

1.According to the company's development needs, lead the new system planning, demand research, introduction, training, effective operation and review to meet the company's strategic development needs.
2.In accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 quality management system and the actual operation needs of the company, establish and continuously optimize the company's quality management system.
3.According to the requirements of the guidance document, guide the completion of the inspection and supervision of the product manufacturing process, and the inspection of semifinished products or finished products, to ensure that all kinds of unqualified products can be timely and effectively feedbacked.
4.Train and guide PQC to identify hidden problems and push the production department to improve the problem of insufficient execution
5. Respond quickly and deal with production exceptions in time
6.According to abnormal feedback or MES system failed phone statistics, timely analyze, and continuously improve the pass rate
7.Continuously optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable, and to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product;
8. Continuously improve the process in SMT and assembly processes;
9.Reviewing data collected during production runs to identify potential causes of defects or failures in order to make improvements to the manufacturing process
10.Developing procedures for measuring manufacturing processes to ensure that they meet industry standards for quality
11.Conducting audits of production facilities to ensure that they are following company standards and complying with applicable regulations
12.Making reasonable and effective controls, push the analysis and solution of abnormality, ensure the effectiveness of the actions and prevent the issue from happening by establishing or perfecting the related process, standards,etc.
13.To be responsible for "model quality plan" planning and updating to guide PQC, FQC, OQC and Online Lab to complete the in process control monitoring and acceptance & Perfecting the inspection method and standard & the related PQC, FQC, OQC and On-line Lab test plan writing and maintenance. 
14.To be responsible for market the local produced phone process issue & unbox defect feedback analysis and improvement 

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
