Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.

Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.

We would like to invite new teammate as a “Purchasing Assistant Specialist”.

Job Responsibilites 

- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the Supplier team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain the system operations regarding Purchasing and relevant payments.
- Managing the department’s requests and ensue the timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Skills Required

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree
•  At least 1 Year Purchasing Experience
• Excellent communication skills at English
• Microsoft Programs knowledge (Especially Excel)

Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
