What You’ll Do

• Managing all e-commerce accounts by communicating other departments
• Understanding marketplace policies and developing long-term solutions by discussing with other departments
• Dealing with the internal processes from start to finish
• Understanding our system’s benefits and developing this system
• Keeping account’s health “healthy” by developing solutions and communicating the marketplace directly
• Reporting issues, solutions, and all other news to department manager
• Adapting to new situations and supporting other marketplace departments
• Following up on customer complaints and working in coordination with other departments in case of a problem
•  Building a connection with customers by formulating effective strategies
• Managing routine e-commerce channel operations such as managing orders, shipment, and return processes
• Measuring product performances and extending the product range
• Performing competitive analysis
• Developing new sales channels
• Performing system analysis & creating a plan of action
• Planning and executing the company’s e-commerce strategy
• Setting systems and best practices for the company's workflow

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university preferably in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields
• At least 1 year E-Commerce experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
• High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
