Project Manager – SAP Successfactors & SAP Hcm Projects
About Job
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects across local and international clients.
As part of our growing SAP HR consulting team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating consultants and client stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and driving successful go-live outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects.
- Prepare and follow up project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, client project teams, and key stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, status updates, steering committee meetings, and project reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality expectations.
- Track project risks and dependencies, and take proactive actions to resolve potential issues.
- Support clients during design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in SAP or HR transformation projects.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM projects.
- Strong understanding of implementation project phases such as preparation, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
