QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably experience in a tool on statistical estimation and analysis methods,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably SAP and ICRON knowledge,
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation skills,
• Able to work with datas, think analytically and open to learn,
• Team player with solution-oriented thinking,
• No travel restriction,
• Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing meetings in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken in these meetings,
• Revealing the base estimates using appropriate statistical methods,
• Creating medium and long term demand forecasts by taking into account the information coming from Sales,
• Coordinating improvements and studies to increase the accuracy of demand forecasting,
• Identifying risks that will affect short-term, medium-term and long-term forecasts and effectively manage the effects on business results,
• Conducting necessary coordination in order to meet the changes of the plan and to solve possible supply problems which occur during the month,
• Following stock levels coordinating with Supply Chain Management and taking action in line with the determined targets,
• Continuously improving the process and the Information Systems tools used.
