Production Technology Maintenance Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronics, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechatronic or Automation Engineering, or related field,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation systems, robotics, and machine automation,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Knowledge of PLC HMI programs and preferably SCADA programming,
• Preferably have knowledge of assembly lines and programing of industrial robot,
• Preferably able to make applications with SQL database, knows C#, C++ programming languages,
• High communication skills, strong coordination skills, open to innovation and learning
• Analytical and result oriented,
• Good diction skills,
• The power to make technical analysis,
• Ability to adapt to the busy schedule and work pressure,
• Good team player,
• Active, interrogator and self-confident,
• No travel restriction,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Will be able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Design/update electrical systems and prints for machines or shop floor tooling and equipment including human-machine interfaces (HMI) and programmable logic controllers (PLC),
• Lead periodic maintenance activities to ensure stable operation of the robotic and automation system,
• Support integration (installation and networking) of shop floor equipment and tooling into PLCs,
• Follow up the new production technologies and contribute to the area of responsibility,
• Analyze assignments and determine engineering specifications which must be fulfilled to deliver technology solutions that meet process application requirements,
• Select appropriate automation equipment for the projects undertaken by the department,
• Participate in the development process with the team in new production line and equipment implementation,
• Make software improvements on the production line or equipment by collaborating with Production, Production R&D and other departments,
• Ensure discipline design deliverables for their discipline meet the needs of the project,
• Function as intended, on time and within budget,
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations,
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, P&ID diagrams as part of new equipment/process changes,
• Make improvement studies to reduce production losses caused by line, machine and automation,
• Provide periodic training to technicians in the field of expertise.
