QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Good command of written and verbal English,
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Competent in MS Office, 2D and 3D Design programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Taking responsibility for mechanical manufacturing lines and toolshop within the factory to ensure production continuity, conducting improvement efforts on the lines and molds, 
• Conducting part and process improvement and development studies to increase production efficiency by reducing scrap rates,
• Coordinating with assembly and planning departments to track daily production plans and ensure smooth progress,
• Managing the execution, monitoring, and reporting of new investment processes within the factory to senior management,
• Making the systematic improvement efforts within the unit and organization under responsibility and reporting on them,
• Ensuring coordination with internal departments within the factory and shared departments in all undertaken tasks.
