We are looking for colleagues who want to be part of a good team to work in the R&D Cooling Laboratory unit of Refrigerator Factory.


QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus (preferably in thermodynamics)
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Competent in reporting and making presentations,
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills,
• Preferably experienced in Cooling Cycle based thermal product (Refrigerator, Air Conditioning, Heat Exchanger) design
• Preferably experienced in R&D  projects and/or international project management,
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized) in White Goods industry,
• Preferably worked with product management and sales teams, made technical interviews with domestic/international customers,
• Preferably experienced in patent analysis process,
• Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region,
• No travel restriction,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION


• Participating in cooling system design studies for refrigerator models
• Supporting cooling system design development studies for existing models
• Carrying out test processes and  approval studies with relevant accredited international or domestic approval bodies and  ensuring that relevant approval reports and certificates are obtained,
• Conducting the creation of technical documentation data and managing technical specifications
• Carrying out market research, cost analysis, system analysis and product development stages in new product/platform development projects from scratch
• Examining product cost &profitability analysis and performing cost reduction studies
• Monitoring closely technological and professional developments related to the task and  investigating its applicability to continuously improve itself, producing innovation projects
• Analyzing competitors' products and conducting benchmark in terms of job description.
