UX/UI Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design (Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or related department etc.),
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Skilled in mobile application interface, web application interface, interactive screen interface design and preferably experienced in at least one of them,
• Knowledge/competence in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and other supporting programs (eg Adobe XD, Invision, Zeplin etc.),
• Able to follow the current user interface, trends in mobile interface design and technology trends and reflect this on their work,
• Have the competencies to transfer the user experience design studies to other teams in the required formats,
• Ability to execute and complete multiple projects simultaneously within limited time frames,
• Have presentation skills and have knowledge of presentation programs,
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing project/product-based user research,
• Clarifying the interface content with product management and user research,
• Performing UX trend analyzes,
• Creation of Personas representing user profiles,
• Designing interface-related wireframes,
• Creation of user flows,
• Creation of interactive interface prototypes,
• Prototype tests with users,
• Sharing all outputs with user interface designers and other relevant stakeholders at various stages and at the end of the project development process.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
