QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics , Mechanical or Chemical Engineering,

·         Master’s Degree is a plus,

·         Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

·         Excellent analytical skills, strong numerical & quantitative skills

·         Previous experience in R&D is a plus.

·         Proven track record of actively taking part in team studies

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

·         Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

·         Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,

·         No travel restriction,

·         No military obligation for male candidates,

·         Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Participating in R&D Project teams for developing new products,

·         Designing washing machine software technical specifications, especially washing and drying program algorithms, in order to meet official standards, customer needs and market trends,

·         Planning performance tests including washing/drying performance, spinning performance, rinse performance etc., optimizing energy, water consumption and program time. Getting test reports from independent test laboratories,

·         Preparing technical specification in order to procure the relevant software from the software supplier companies. Planning software control and approvals based on physically testing the machine and comparing test results with technical spesifications,

·         Conducting feasibility studies for new product and design change requests from customers,

·         Carrying out and coordinating studies in accordance with the approved project schedule in projects where s/he is assigned as a project leader. Keeping in touch with different departments like Sales, Quality, Planning and Production during project development,

·         Eager to be a part of a team and understanding emotions of other people.
