ViaDirect is a French brand launched 10 years ago; we are today specialised in kiosk-based wayfinding solutions that help shoppers and visitors to find their way in public and private places.

Distributed in over 30 countries, ViaDirect is looking for a « Project Data Manager ». ViaDirect has a great company culture based on the startup spirit, and offers at the same time the benefits of a mature market player (stable growth and a strong brand image on a value-added nich market). 

To always better satisfy our customers, we offer them a statistical service allowing them to know the uses of the kiosks by their users: number of researches, most sought-after shops, etc.

We principally use Google Analytics / Data Studio to store and analyze the tags of our applications.

Your mission will be to:

• Manage the migration of all our account from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4

• Generate the monthly activity reports of the terminals and send them to our customers

• Set up the google account and check the statistics when we create a new application for a client

• Help customers to understand their statistics

• Manage simultaneously multiple client engagements

For this, you should ideally :

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in web/data analytics, development of data products and presentation to non-technical audiences, preferably in an internet or tech environment 

• Be rigorous to set up, check, edit and send the statistics to the client 

• Know and use Google sheet API connected to Google Analytics account being a plus

• Perfectly write and speak English, French being a plus

• Experience in Custom dimensions on Universal Analytics and Event parameters on Google Analytics 4

A training period with the tools and methodologies will be set via several conf call.

You will be located in Istanbul, Türkiye

Office hours are usually Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, with flexibility depending on projects’ needs
